eieio - you are a true wordsmith! Wonderful post t/u well said I enjoyed that very much. So much talent in this thread it inspires me to be involved with CXY even more.
Dex - excellent also t/u in support of you for sharing your considerable UCG and business acumen with us all.

CXY is now a highly undervalued, formerly distressed asset - one can see that as they managed to endure "insert the eieio statement here" then they will most certainly drive this technology forward with professional poise, expertise and enthusiasm as things turn FOR them now.

A great weight has been lifted with this decreased risk - CXY will get back onto the radar of investors now. I suspect that those that knew where this company was going to go (with certainty) have been large buyers during the uncertainty. I am not implying insider trading in any form as this was nothing to do with inside information from from CXY who maintain professional standards and ethics.

Their (these investors) risk was minuscule because CXY fitted in with their plans. Now the projects will emerge and move forward in a timely manner. I always said China was the optimum way forward for CXY because; things happen quickly in China and there will be minimal dilution. No power station to fund - all externally funded! This whole dilemma may turn out to be for the best - especially for those who stuck in there or loaded up under 10c.

This sort of scenario can return higher capital gains for investors than investing in a sure thing which is why we take on risk in the first place. Floor value for CXY was around 8-10c and it is back there again IMO with this development.
