you are right to a degree. the other reason is that word was out, that nostra remi told everyone to SELL, so everyone started to BUY, so they could make money.
best of luck to all those who are waiting to buy at the magic mark of $1.51, which nostra has recommended.
In my opinion, I have a better chance of growing hair than getting PDN at $1.51 again.
