When I first worked on this issue, the Environment wasn't even in the inner Cabinet.

Slowing emissions won't address the critical thing that the oceans have warmed. Climate change is a classic issue of denial and obfuscation. Also the precautionary principle in the original Framework Convention on Climate Change clearly stated that we should not wait for scientific certainty to take serious measures to address the issue.

What happened? We waited! Debate still goes on about whether people are individually believers or not.

This is about risk and the risk of being wrong are too great. That's what the PP is all about.

Now people are starting to get the message, yet the solution isn't even evident.

It's not the emission levels into the air alone that need to be reduced, it's the levels in the oceans that need to be removed. On an industrial scale. 

Can Anteobind help? No idea but sure as heck some brilliant minds need to address the enormity of the situation. Pronto. Tired of waiting for this to happen, and for ADO to make good promises. More hot air prevails but we still have hope.
