This spin off causes the share price of MTC to fall. It was trading at 17.5 until this announcement and is now trading at 16.5. MTC was listed at 20c. If the cobalt was being used to the maximum benefit of all shareholders then the share price would rise, yes they are fantastic assets and in my opinion the share price of MTC would be at around $1 right now if these assets were being used to the maximum benefit of all shareholders, but the market has priced us down.
