Just a quick note - I have not seen anything about $2m cash spent specifically on anything via announcements/financials. Before I start, can anyone direct me to a post/ann that indicates this level of spending?
I don't believe a 2 million spend is correct at all.
Note 33 of the 2018 financial statements states 77,168 advanced to HHC. Note HHC was not consolidated presumably as QBL hadn't finalized acquisition.
The quarterly report did not even stipulate 2m advanced/spent in July to September for the hemp division.
That kind of advance would be material to SP and would warrant an announcement I'd say. And I don't believe they would be able to extend 2m during the relisting review, at least until approval.
I think the whole basis of the question needs review mate.
