Part of the momentum of precious metals and therefore Silver and SVL is a result of the uncertain economic stability due the the virus - i.e., economies being shut down, opened up, rolling spot fires, and therefore disruption to supply chains, company revenues, personal income, flow on effects to GDP and inflation.

The pandemic is a major contributor (the catalyst) but obviously the fall out from monetary and fiscal policy being super charged. In the event an effective vaccine is found, there is a reasonable likelyhood of downward pressure on PMs because a perception the *stability* issue has been stablised. Not so fast!

There are other considerations, such as manufacturing, scaling, distribution, public acceptance, etc.... which will delay effectively stablising the root cause. Additionally, any vaccine is potentially only seasonally effective due to mutations - so the resolution of the catalyst is likely to be a bit bumpy and economic data will follow this reality. It will be volatile!

By the time they do find an effective vaccine(s) or therapy, the CBs and governments will have spent a significant amount of newly 'printed' *digital* cash, inflating assets or most classes but in particular equity (the FED will try and save everyone, well almost)... BUT once stablised, the new economy + significant new levels of monetary supply will push inflation up above the FEDs 2% target and coupled with longated low interest rates, the *REAL* interests as determined by TIPs (10YUS) will be perfectly poised to push silver and gold much higher.
