I have no idea what SP1 may or may not have tried. On the face of it, it certainly sounds reasonable, and Id be surprised if it hadn't been tried.

Then again, given the incestuous nature of the Australian market, and the fact that a few of these funders are listed, I wonder if they would fund a case vs the ASX?

I suppose any shareholder could take the 4FASOC and its synopsis of the #spitball process, and see if there is a class action case there??

Of course, JK may pull one out of the hat, and maybe the Saudis will fund it? (LOL)
