    Is it normal to claim you've been damaged ~500m, submit 4 SOC, run a case for near on 3 years, and then after exiting the jurisdiction and then being quite rightly asked for costs security, not comply and effectively ghost the case as the applicant?

    The "HC narrative" refers to some "key" accounts pushing the reasoning I outlined.
