Complex cases can take an extraordinary amount of time as we are seeing with this case. In particular if the respondent obfuscates discovery. Obviously obfuscation is a tactical element in said cases to increase legal costs, which you then claim as security costs. Nothing unusual about that my friend, its corporate 101 tactics.
Its not a ghost case, because it is still a live case, pending tactical revelation. It would be good if they'd simply come out and make a decision, but who are we to say what and when... we each just speculate in hope that others may adopt our pov. Surely that is your motivation.
On the oddity of things... why do people with no material vested interest remain fully engaged in a suspended stock so many years my fine friend? Now that is something worth uncovering.
