please don’t try to pal up to me......no matter how you want to cut it there is direct quotes from ASX and ASIC saying they had no evidence for the suspension or could find anything wrong in their files/audits on ISX, the ASX has sacked the two compliance officers involved in this shit show. What was disclosed in discovery (based on direct ASX and ASIC quotes) was a complete embarrassment for both organisations as too their lack of evidence and due process, generally behaviour and their slimy arse covering collaboration. Something not right.....how about you start with all that. But while acknowledging the court cases have teased out the filfthy behaviour of the regulators, that doesn’t mean I agree with a course of action that won’t hold them fully to account.
