It’s not like little Nikogiannis and the other directors would not have known this costs situation was going to be an issue when they started the case.

Everyone knows that in cases like this the parties will ask for large costs upfront. Little Nikogiannis did it himself in the Lakespur case !! So please don’t try and make out like “this is a big surprise to ISX - so ISX needs to change tack!! ”

Little Nikogiannis and the “team” knew all along that costs were coming and would come big. Yet they claimed they were going to peruse the case with “Vigour”(LOL) .

This is just now being used as an excuse to abandon the case they knew they couldn’t win all along …….and Shareholders are a lot poorer for it.

Good luck with the (not so subtle) attempts at spinning the new line - "We had no idea this may happen “ !!! (LOL)
