I'll just reiterate what I said to you above. If you take some time to have a look at the US indices from Friday, you'll note the NDX broke through its June bottom, confirming the major bearish trend.

How very odd that you would like the company to step in front of a freight train to simply satisfy your fixation.

As for the ASX case, please point me to the formal closure note issued by the court. Hint. that is not the same as you making up stories that contradict the truth.
