ASIC make a civil allegation vs making a criminal allegation, sort of dampens what you hoped for, but that is what it is friend. That aside, why so excited about an allegation and conflation of the ideas allegation and guilt.

That aside, the company seems to be doing quite well offshore despite the carnage in the tech and fintech sectors. ISXEU shareholders must feel confident that the board hasn't decided to step onto a land mine, like some here suggest they should, and rather sit it out with cash in the bank, some decent revenue and profit, and wait for the general environment to improve.

Makes good sense to me, but there's always those who would prefer to blow up the company for no good reason. Which camp are you in friend?
