    How about the company make it a win win for shareholders by going down the litigation funding route if possible.

    That way the company can stick it to the asx and derisk the remainder of the litigation proceedings were the funders pick up the expenses tab for a percentage chunk of any damages thats awarded.

    It would be worth giving up the big chunk of the damages claim imo to continue with the litigation. Otherwise folding now would you lose 100% of any possible damages claim.

    If you give up 70% for example ( is this what these guys commission would be ) leaving 30% of any damages to the company. 30% of something is better than 0% by folding.

    But the main reason for this funding route style approach would be to being the asx to task.

    So the question is, has the company pursued this type of thing?

    What do others shareholders think? Does anyone know any details that they could share on this type of approach.?
