Having had some time to read some of the threads, I'd disagree with that sweeping statement.

There appears to be a category of folk.
    1. Real shareholders who are committed to the company.
    2. Real shareholders who are somewhere between neutral to negative.
    3. Pretend shareholders who have a hidden objective.
    4. Non shareholders who have a hidden objective.

Based on the reasonable likelihood of the above spread, the last two categories negate your assertion regarding anyone having a contrary view.

It does seem a little strange that the non holders are still around after so many years suspended. Its also a little odd that those who say they hold, would continue to generate such negative narratives, but each to their own I suppose.

The offshore operation and its performance is key. Importantly the relationships with providers and regulators is in place. I don't think a civil case locally is going to cause to many reputation issues internationally and in particular because there is nothing proven elsewhere that would dampen further engagement with other jurisdiction. Yes there is rumor, but its hyped, unproven, disproportionate.
