Well if it hadnt been the British mate it might have been a Spanish empire (more inquision anyone) or perhaps a Portuguese empire (south America done well out of that one I guess) or even a Dutch empire (actually that one might have worked out nice with their coffee shop culture and all)... Who knows? What I do know though mate is that if world events things keep ramping up like they are and it kicks off big time resulting in the deaths of millions of people we'll all be needing big boy pants mate. Im just not in as much of a rush as you are to get measured up for them.
