ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO GRANT DERBY BLOCK
The Directors of Oil Basins Limited (OBL, ASX codes OBL and OBLOB, or the Company)
wish to make the following ASX announcement to keep the market fully informed.
The WA Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) has confirmed to the Company that late
yesterday and after the close of trading that they have received OBL’s formally lodged
acceptance of the Offer on behalf of Joint 5/07-8 EP Applicants.
The Company has also been advised by the DMP that the time frame post receipt of
acceptance is normally within a week.
