I hate to burst your ill informed bubble, but this month's share offering GENERATED ZERO CASH FOR DDT. NONE. In fact, this event is actually cash negative for DDT due to the legal fees spent screwing around with this whole process. This was the mandated redistribution forced by the Takeover's Panel of shares owned by KTM, the underwriter of the rights offering, and its principals. They get this cash, not DDT. It will be interesting to see the actual DDT cash position as of FYE June 30. It will be even more entertaining to view the line item for LEGAL expenses from the last six months, if they dare to publish it, which I doubt! WOOF From the BigDotDog!
