You could but that's like saying, can I become an astronaut and fly to the moon? Have you got the horses and funding for that? I doubt it. If you did then this loss would be immaterial for you.
The only other option is to pierce the corporate veil and go after the directors - in your case to take legal action against directors of a company for trampling on your rights as a minority shareholder. Again, have you got the horses??! I doubt it again!!
I guess the short answer is yes but if I were the directors or the company I would retort by saying, "come and have a go if you think you're hard enough!!"
