Yes that was another interesting point that the three Directors that recommended the RFG bid did not actually have any shares to sell. It would have also been interesting at the EGM that they could not even vote to save each other. However, I suspect that based on past performances there would have been bucket loads of long dated options issued exercisable at a low prices issued. I am sure that more of the farce will continue to come out as time goes by.

As for the share price when the Directors say that they are considering their options the market may believe that is what they are doing and they make actually try and pursue the target. Shareholders may have also lost some faith in the Board as well. I am sure that once Minor takes over Oak's and the Board convinces shareholders that they are actually concentrating on the business the price
