my prediction, for what it is worth, is that the Oaks directors (with the exception of Wu and Pointon) will resign on mass the morning of the meeting. So in essence it may be a total let down. As the three that recomended the RFG offer don't have shares thery will only be allowed to attend the meeting as Guests, if they attend at all.
