Although not likely at this point, OAK can still use RFG as a poison pill for minor. They can offer an issue of upto 15% of oak which would act as a blocking stake against minor getting 90% and enable them to reap the benefits of the revenue. This might even keep archer on the board.
Anyway, I plan too keep my RFG stock. They're a safe bet and returning good divs.
