This convertible note is just a suggestion.

I only brought it up for discussion.....toss around some ideas.

I have no idea whether it would be a good or bad move.

My suspicions and that's all they are was cash might be tight initially for what Kiddle was talking about.

It's one method of raising cash without the initial dilution to shareholders that issuing more shares brings.

Director's are there to know what's best for the company.

And by the other responses I can see there's a lot of interest.
