Offer document

Received the offer document in the mail today.

Havent read it and due dates but interesting to ponder a) what third party moves will eventuate this next week or two


B) if one accepts and vends their bind in now to Cza and a superior offer pops up and can allegiances be revoted? Obviously if the superior offer wins will the vended shares to cza become theirs at their lower offer price or does one retain back their share right in the case of said competing bid, which you can then sell into the higher bid?

Still holding out for a sweetener...but failing that willing to accept the current offer on the table with no further competing bid...

Anyone else read and have any opinion?
