As I commented earlier, things are far from dead, Sinosteel won't give up, but clearly anticipate those MIS holders not already in the fold, are going to give all scenarios time to play themselves out.

Personally I believe this augers well for all parties, and barring major news developing, I don't see why the situation won't eventually prove a win - win.

Remember, unless the infrastructure components for rail and port are developed taking into account a large part of the Midwest region's potential then Alliance or not, the WA Gov't will have to look hard at what is proposed thru the tenders.
