When the SP is heading over 10 cents, the market cap will have gone up by $ 150 million dollars, so i dont think stone selling 10 million dollars of stock is going to be much of a handbrake for the SP.
Last time Keith Goode put a price tatget on FML of 10 cents, it got there within a few months.
His target now is > 10 cents with a
NET PRESENT VALUE of 13.9 cents
