    I received an offer from the german "VEM Aktienbank AG" for german holders.

    They offer to buy up to 24 mio shares of Orchid Capital at EUR 0.03.

    Maybe they are responsible for the huge volume at German exchanges and they are facing the problem of a low volume on the sell side.

    I wonder if Orchid is aware of this bid.

    If you would bid for such a small high risk company what whould you want for reward? 50%? 100%?
