Remember there are two parts to IPN's business of which they only enjoy the fruits of one being general practice revenues. The jewel here is pathology referral revenue. Sonic CEO admitted today they have only bid to protect large pathology revenues that come via the IPN Centres.

This is why I believe PRY are not finished yet because if they get control of IPN they will get both general practice revenues and pathology revenue as they refer patients to their pathology labs.
