    I’m surprised that some declaring they are voting YES also indicate they are wanting or expecting to see a higher offer.

    For the offer to be increased would require sufficient NO votes to be recorded on the Automic register to make it obvious that a higher offer price will be necessary to get those votes to change.

    Late changing of votes already recorded could determine the eventual outcome.
