    Just a reminder that our BOD initially recommended that we accept .115c and TK said :"We believe that the material premium and certainty of an all cash consideration is an attractive outcome for our shareholders.”, I think this just reiterates how out of touch our bod are on the value of the company that they are trying to run.
    Vote no and this lot are history.
