"The Increased Offer is the final Offer Price, in the absence of an alternative proposal. This means that the Offer Price cannot (as a matter of law) and will not be increased, in the absence of an alternative proposal."

and

"The Offer will now end at 5:00pm (Adelaide, South Australia time) on 13 April 2007 and will not be extended, subject to any extension required under the Corporations Act."
