How many acceptances does Denison need to compulsarily acquire the company?

If there are no alternative bidders, and the bid lapses what are the impacts of Denison holding:

<50%
<90%

Personally I think that if the takeover falls through, it will be positive for the share price. Other uranium stocks have risen around 50% since the bid, OMC should catch that up.
