On the 26/3/09, Pursell notified the ASX that due to an administrative oversight, a copy of the Rights Issue Offer Letter dispatched on 22/1/09, was omitted from the announcement.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ESTABLISH IF ELIGIBLE SHAREHOLDERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RIGHTS ISSUE ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE OFFER LETTER OF 22/1/09 !!!
If anyone did not receive this letter, please advise, so that I can notify ASIC.
