Have been keeping an eye on the Oklahoma Mineral Rights forum to see info pertaining to our AOI.
One of the posters there has apparently been offered $25,000USD per net mineral acre for their land which is 2 ranges north of our BRK AOI location. (very close to Continental's Springboard location)
Granted, these areas have progressed to or are close to full field development. Once more DSU's in our region start going to full field development, no doubt we will see the same sort of appreciation. Just waiting for the market to wake up to this.
For reference on current SWISH acres alone, $36000AUD x 2000 acres = $72m AUD.
Exciting to see the figures being offered so close by.
