Just remember that SHE have officially rescinded their step in to Jewell as per the ASX demand they stick to the relisting prospectus , hence them part stepping in to the Bullard and Henry Federal wells and kindly giving BRK the US$1,150,000 that you mention. IMO there is nothing stopping SHE stepping back in at some stage but in all likely hood, BRK will now pay for the pad development and conductor setting ( they have more than enough cash now)
