I am not sure they would explicitly name Bloom Energy if they did not receive an offer from them...

I don't think DP would try and pull something like this off by naming Bloom Energy as an interested party without their offer...

Timing sounds suss but I think if they wanted to milk it they would have released it a few days earlier before today's closing date...they released it too late to have any effect on the late comers...

If people remember the EMC JV was declared exactly at such a time before one of the spp a couple of years ago...that was not a figment of the board's imagination...that was true...it is a different story that it came to nothing...
