This is good news. What Bloom need is a long term reliable supply at an affordable price. They don't necessarily need to own our resource to achieve this goal but can also achieve it by investing in & working with JRV. Has DP the negotiating skills to convince them of this? Going by past posts from long-term holders it is doubtful but I hope he has, because this is a door slightly open to a golden (company making) opportunity.

This also strengthens his position with regards to the dispute with EMC.
