Bloom can do one of 3 thing now:

1. walk away
2. up the offer
3. help JRV in getting this stuff out so that it can make use of it (ofcourse on an exclusive basis)

I think Bloom has been the buyer that JRV has always mentioned all these years as a prospective buyer of Scandium (10 + tonnes per annum)....atleast that is my gut feeling...so if that is the case, then they are as much aware of DP and his method of working and they may harbour the same feelings that DP is a hard man to do business with.

So Possibility 1 is a noption - but they may not do so.
Possibility 3 - may not be an option due the fact stated above
Possibility 2 === highly likely as they may want no interference from anyone...they may come with another low-ball offer only unfortunately as they know JRV is not in any position to negotiate hard...
