I agree - just a bad general market day with OS stuff for the news to come out, but I reckon it'll close above $38.50 today and RIO will be up about $3-$4, then progressive movements up if the OS markets rebound or stabilise. A lot more to happen yet in the story, but it's a good starting offer.
