surprise suprise.
REA finally returned his call 48hours after his offer was presented. Vendor came back with a highly ambitious couter offer. REA then proceeded to tell him another offer was presented yesterday.
Not much more than a cheap learning experience for him.
At least he can say he's been swimming with sharks!!
