Dont be foolish the Price wont drop if they refuse the takeover...
quite the opposite, the true value for shareholders doesnt lie in a takeover offer but a JV or offtake agreement/Finance partner...
If the company signs an offtake agreement and gets the finance then we will see this share in the dollars...if a joint venture is announced then equally the Value to the shareholder will far exceed the 57 cents offer...
If the company is taken over then the value for the shareholders Stops at 57cents and we all walk away...
