The bid documentation must be getting close!
The bid announcement was made 16 April.
If I read it correctly, Section 631(1) of the Corporations Act states it is an offence if offers are not made within two months after the proposal.
Two months is 16 June - this coming Saturday.
Any lawyers watching CGT who can confirm this understanding of Section 631?
