What are peoples thoughts on David Hakim's offer for all NTG...

What are peoples thoughts on David Hakim's offer for all NTG shares? What is his position in the company? I understand he's at least a Director, if so, and he has brilliant ideas to ensure the comanies survives going forward, why hasn't he been able to impliment these to the benefit of all shareholders? My suspicion is that if he takes control of the company we might see it rise, Pheonix like from the ashes, and all who sell into the offer will be left with substantial losses.
