    Not been here before.
    If I wanted to accept the offer can they reject if they dont get to 60%? Although they seem to have top up arrangements. Or if the shareholders reject then I dont get the 55c.
    Thinking I can double my holding at 50c, make 10% and still hold for long term gain.
