They need about 35million shares excluding the directors 15million to get to the 90%. The rush they perhaps were expecting hasn't happened.
It will be interesting to see how many holders actually agree to the terms of the sale based on the directors recommendation. I expect most will now view the BRM directors to be tossers and disregard their recommendation.
