Hi Luckbud - have you taken a look at just how many shares WNI have on issue? There are billions and billions of them... and they keep issuing them like it is a bodily function. Take a look at the financials and SP performance of this company. If you are expecting some kind of "re-rating" I think you will be disappointed.
