Thanks nKarp, hope you got your property well before the peak, you would have done well. As to investing I always find it interesting when people say "you would have done better if you had....." I'd rather hear "you will do better if you...." and then have the well argued reasons why. Many people here talk through too much emotional investing rather than the Fergus style of actually calcualting the risks vs return potential and then make a calcualted decision.

APG's potential is certainly worth the risk for part of one's portfolio even held for a long period IMHO.
