    if there is an improvement I suspect it will be to 21c, the bottom of the independent expert's range.

    this enables the directors to recommend the offer and in fact obliges them to do so.

    still the ball is in the court of the bigger holders (thorney et al).

    i have tendered my stock into the offer so have no position but would benefit from an increase.
