@gold1650, I hope you are right and there is no scale back, however looking at the price gap between 3.35 and the trading price that is incentive for 25m being filled.
There will be people out there with multiple shareholdings under different names/entities trying to load up by the bucket full.
I have a feeling the stock will be bouyant and then drop a little when the new shares are issued.
