Tomorrow, allocations will be announced. From memory, 7th shares granted, however cant trade until Friday 8th.
Given the price action leading up, issue price will be a firm 3.35.
Didn't read the fine print if management can accept greater funds if over the 25m intended raise. I hope so.
This stock is a great defensive stock that pays good ff dividends. Another facet is that there are many areas of growth, so in part it can be considered a growth stock.
